The Premier Travel Inn Docklands is a modern, purpose built hotel. The medium sized lobby has a compact, comfortable seating area. Also medium sized, the 202 guestrooms are appointed in the characteristic (indeed slightly generic) Premier Inn style, with white and purple décor complemented by light wood fittings. Though not lavish, all are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, just off the lobby, the restaurant serves international cuisine, with a separate bar area offering additional seating. Please be aware there is a car parking facility available next to the hotel, which is operated by ExCeL and not by Premier Inn. There is a £12 charge to all customers from 9.30 am to 5.30pm, but it is complimentary for hotel customers between 5.30pm and 9.30am.
